Georges Cohen
Georges Cohen has a successful track record of more than 30 years of professional experience in general management and in the establishment of new businesses, all of which are customer-centric organizations with customer satisfaction the number one priority. Founder and Former Chairman and CEO of Sogeti-Transiciel, a subsidiary of Cap Gemini based in Paris, France, Cohen is one of the most influential business people in France and Europe. He began at Cap Gemini and grew within the company to become the youngest member of Cap Gemini's management team. In 1990 with 16 years of experience Cohen opened Transiciel. Two years later the company revenues topped Euro 30 million growing to EUR 56 million in 1996 and to EUR 377 million in 2000. Transiciel went public in March 1998, initially taking a listing on the Paris Stock Exchange secondary market. By February 1999, Transiciel had already been promoted to the IT CAC 50 board of leading technology stocks, and at the end of 1999 the company transferred to the Paris main board on the Monthly Settlements Market before joining the Deferred Settlements Market in 2000.


Marc Belzberg
Marc Belzberg has over 30 years experience in business and management. Beginning on Wall Street at Salomon Brothers Mergers and Acquisitions Department and then as Assistant to the Chairman of the Board of Oppenheimer & Co. Belzberg opened the Belzberg family interests office in New York in 1983, becoming the first President of First City Capital Corporation.

While at First City Capital, Belzberg's activities generated profits of over $500 million for the group over a 5 year period. In 1984, together with Rogers Cable Systems of Canada and Telemedia, Belzberg won the first national license to provide cellular telephone service in Canada. Selling their stake in the company in 1990 for $230 million. Since 1992, he has resided in Israel becoming active in the local business community. He has since invested in some of Israel's most promising companies, including Wave Group and e-SIM. Belzberg is a partner in Meditech Advisors Venture Capital.

In addition, Belzberg is also deeply committed to philanthropy in Israel and abroad. Among the projects he has built and guided is OneFamily, an organisation established to provide assistance to terror victims and their families in Israel. Belzberg also serves as Chairman of the Board of World Bnei Akiva, the largest Jewish youth movement in the world. He sits on the Board of Directors of the Simon Wiesenthal Museum of Tolerance and on the board of the Jerusalem Post.

Belzberg holds an MBA from New York University.


Menachem Schwartz
Menachem Schwartz has over 25 years experience in the high tech industry, specializing in VLSI technology. Schwartz started his career at Clarity as a VLSI development team leader, and in 1988 joined Elta (part of Israel Aircraft Industries) where he became Chief of the VLSI and Microelectronics development department. In 1993, Schwartz joined Galileo Technologies as one of its founders and became VP Technology & Design. Galileo was floated on NASDAQ and became internationally recognized as a leading digital semiconductor device maker. Schwartz headed the company's development activities, including a team of over 400 engineers. In 2001, Galileo was acquired by Marvell Technologies, a global semiconductor provider, for a considerable $2.7 billion.

Over the past three years Schwartz has focused on the setting up of technology-based start-ups, assuming the role of President and Chairman in several companies, including EVT and HackStrike.

Schwartz holds an M.Sc in electronics from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.


Malcolm Hoenlein
Malcolm Hoenlein is the Executive Vice Chairman of the Conference of Presidents of Major American Jewish Organizations, the coordinating body on international Jewish concerns for 52 national Jewish organizations.

Hoenlein received his B.A. in Political Science from Temple University and his Masters degree from the University of Pennsylvania, where he completed his doctoral course work. A National Defense Fellow in the University's Near East Center, Hoenlein taught International Relations in the Political Science Department and served as a Middle East specialist at the Foreign Policy Research Institute. In addition, he served on the editorial staff of ORBIS, the Journal of International Affairs.

Hoenlein has been the recipient of many awards and tributes. Among recent honors, he was conferred a Doctorate of Humane Letters Honoria Causa by Yeshiva University in 2002. Other honors include the Private Sector Initiative Award from President Ronald Reagan; American ORT honored him with a special "Man of the Millennium" Tribute; the first Quittman Award for Jewish Professional Excellence; the Defender of Jerusalem Award; Millender Fellow at Brandeis University; Fellow of the Jerusalem College of Technology; the Jack D. Weiler Award for Jewish Communal Service; and the Union of Orthodox Jewish Congregations National Service Award.

Hoenlein played a key role in organizing the massive National Solidarity Rally for Israel in Washington, D.C. on April 15, 2002. The Forward listed him as the most influential Jewish leader. Hoenlein is associated with and serves on the boards of many communal, educational and civic organizations including the Council on Foreign Relations, and America-Israel Chamber of Commerce. He is Chairman of America's Voices in Israel, Co-Chair of SCAN, and Co-Chair of Sharing for Life. He serves on the Board of Directors or Advisory Board of several companies, including Bank Leumi USA and Keryx Biopharmaceuticals, Inc.
