VideoCells Appoints New Chairman

VideoCells appointed Christopher Ashby PhD as its new Chairman. Dr. Ashby has been
actively working closely with Laurence Klein, the company’s Vice Chairman and Board
liaison, and Stuart Steinberg CEO, to forge a focussed path of deploying WebVR through the
telco and operator channels. Chris came in as an investor in February 2011 and has since
been highly involved in the strategic planning of the company.

Dr. Ashby has over 25 years of experience in financial and operational management,
mergers & acquisitions and business development. At Ernst & Young’s Privatization and
Utilities group in Central Eastern Europe he led large-scale privatization engagements on
behalf of The World Bank, Nomura Securities, Maersk Lines, General Electric and Ingersol
Rand. During his tenure with Deloitte & Touche he specialized in mergers and acquisitions
and private equity finance in Eastern Europe. In addition to his business activities, Dr. Ashby
is deeply committed to educational and medical philanthropy and is Chairman of The Ashby
Windward Foundation.

Dr. Ashby heads a distinguished Board and investor group that includes prominent
international businessmen and philanthropists, including Marc Belzberg, Georges Cohen,
Giorgio Pagani, Malcom Hoenlein, Arik Lukach, and others.
