VideoCells announced the release of WebVR® 2.0 - a new version of VideoCells Hosted Monitoring Solution. It offers improved scalability and supports more mobile phones, used as viewing devices, and more cameras, used as video sources (including webcams via VideoCells VCWebCam application).

China Mobile chose VideoCells V-Xtreamer as the solution for delivering live video to 3G mobile users. China Mobile is starting at the first step to broadcast over 50 live streams of public places. The solution was tested for several months and is already commercially launched.
