Next-generation Web-based IPCCTV Mass Market Solutions to be available across UK for Cable&Wireless reseller customers

Petach Tikvah, Israel - October 9, 2009 – Cable&Wireless Worldwide (www.cw.com) today announced the signing of a Distribution Agreement with VideoCells (www.videocells.com), a leader in Video Storage Technologies.

The agreement represents a move from the traditional methodology for surveillance video storage and management - away from Digital Video Recording (DVR) devices to a new technology named WebVR^®. Web Video Recording (VR) means that secure access to Surveillance Video can now be cost effectively stored and accessed from the Internet.

With VideoCells WebVR solution, Cable&Wireless can offer its customers a cutting edge, cost-effective mass-market value-add application delivered and supported from an offsite location via the Internet.
