Executive Team

Stuart N. Steinberg, Chief Executive Officer
With a proven track record of over 18 years in international sales and business development, Stuart Steinberg served as VP Business Development at Electronics Line 3000, Chief Corporate Officer of Visual Defence, and served as Vice President of Sales at TradeConnection Technology NV, which is part of the Formula Systems group (NASDAQ: FORTY). Previous to this assignment at at TradeConnection Technology NV, Steinberg worked with New Dimension Software, a NASDAQ-traded company acquired in 1999 by BMC Software (NYSE: BMC) in a $680 million cash transaction. At New Dimension, and later at BMC, Steinberg served as both Director of European Business Development and Director of Human Resources and Operations of the ITPA business unit.

Avner Herskovits, Chief Operating Officer
Avner Herskovits has been in the software industry for over 28 years. Prior to joining VideoCells, he served as Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions in the RDT Group, as Chief Technology Officer of Jetro Platforms Ltd., and as Managing Partner of Preston Hubb Consulting Ltd. Prior to that he held a number of key positions including CEO of TradeConnection Technology NV, CEO of AdvanTech Holdings Ltd. (traded on Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange), CEO of O-Cube Ltd., Vice President at BMC Software Inc. (NYSE), Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Business Development at New Dimension Software Ltd. (NASDAQ), Vice President of Marketing at Impactia Technologies Ltd., and more.

Leor Penn, Director of Business Development
Leor Penn has worked in the security and telecom fields for over seven years in key technical and sales positions worldwide. Prior to joining VideoCells, Penn served as the VP Business Development (Americas) for TELES AG (Frankfurt Stock Exchange - TLI.F) and as the Global Strategic Account Manager for Electronics Line 3000 where he led the launch of their IP-based security solution focusing on large telcos and service providers worldwide.

Penn holds a B.Sc in Engineering Science - Computer Hardware from the University of Western Ontario, Canada, as well as an Executive International MBA from Kellogg-Recanati (Northwestern University).

Benny Pasternak, Vice President, R&D
Benny Pasternak joined VideoCells in January 2009 with over 10 years of experience in enterprise, mission-critical software development. Prior to joining VideoCells, Pasternak served in an elite technological unit of the Israeli Intelligence Corps. During his service, he carried out various technological and managerial roles, including leading the development of a large-scale data warehouse system as well as a revolutionary project involving a distributed system applying advanced text and filtering algorithms, for which he received a commendation of excellence in achievement.

Pasternak holds both a B.Sc. and an M.Sc. in Computer Science (cum laude) from Tel Aviv University. His thesis on generating automatic unit tests was presented at IBM's HVC conference in 2007 and received the Best Paper Award.

Riki Rozov, Controller
Riki Rozov joined VideoCells in December 2009 with 10 years of experience in financial management. Prior to joining VideoCells, she worked as the company controller at Jetro Platforms, as well as several other Israeli startups.

Rozov holds a B.A. in Management and Economics from the Open University of Israel.
