Executive Team

Stuart N. Steinberg, Chief Executive Officer
With a proven track record of over 20 years in international sales and business development, Stuart Steinberg served as VP Business Development at Electronics Line 3000, Chief Corporate Officer of Visual Defence, and served as Vice President of Sales at TradeConnection Technology NV, which is part of the Formula Systems group (NASDAQ: FORTY). Previous to this assignment at at TradeConnection Technology NV, Steinberg worked with New Dimension Software, a NASDAQ-traded company acquired in 1999 by BMC Software (NYSE: BMC) in a $680 million cash transaction. At New Dimension, and later at BMC, Steinberg served as both Director of European Business Development and Director of Human Resources and Operations of the ITPA business unit.

Nezer Zaidenberg, CTO
Nezer has a 14 year track record of entrepreneurship as founder, CTO and President of vTrails and Uterasoft (today ConicIT), executive for Axxana and Corigin and consultant to Sintecmedia, NDS, IBM and others. Nezer lectures and is the author of various patents and research papers in streaming technologies. Nezer holds a B.Sc in Computer Science and Operations Research, MBA and M.Sc (Operations Research) from Tel Aviv University.

Elad Kalsky, Vice President, Support
Elad is one of the earliest staff members of VideoCells and possesses invaluable institutional and customer relations knowledge. Prior to VideoCells Elad was an Integration Engineer at Cellcom, one of Israel’s leading cellular providers. Elad’s extensive knowledge of operators, QA, integration, support and documentation enable him to properly manage the diverse requirements of VideoCells’ demanding customers and partners. Elad holds a B.Sc in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from H.I.T College.

Riki Rozov, Controller
Riki Rozov joined VideoCells in December 2009 with 10 years of experience in financial management. Prior to joining VideoCells, she worked as the company controller at Jetro Platforms, as well as several other Israeli startups.

Rozov holds a B.A. in Management and Economics from the Open University of Israel.
